I had always loved bright colours and wanted to learn Kerala mural painting. I was lucky to get Aneesh Mepate as my guru. Because of him, I was able to learn mural painting completely. He's the best teacher one can get. He's the patience to teach everything in a very simple manner. His class will give you the confidence to do the painting on your own. Aneesh is a gifted artist and a great teacher. I took up mural painting as a hobby... I had no prior experience of painting at all. Aneesh was extremely patient and encouraging and thanks to him, I completed two paintings. He brings life to the sketches by the flourish of his brush and I learnt a lot watching him at work!! I took up painting classes while I was pursing my PhD and it really helped me unwind...with a teacher like Aneesh, I found it to be an enriching and rewarding experience.
